Bill Hotz & Associates' P.C. mission
is to provide caring legal advice and representation
for injury victims. All too often, the average
American is denied basic rights just because they don't know

Bill Hotz began representing the underdog over 25
years ago. Fifteen years ago, local radio personality
and top trial lawyer Gary Adkins joined the firm. They
were thereafter joined by Jim Galli, a successful California
attorney and private investigator. Jim Galli and
Bill Hotz were law school room mates who cut
their "legal teeth" together. These three attorneys
have assembled a top notch legal staff to provide legal
representation for those who have been seriously injured or
killed by wrongdoers.
The firm just completed their new office building complex in
the fall of 2005, conveniently located off of Interstate
40's Papermill road exit, right off Northshore drive, at
6004 Walden dr., Knoxville, Tn. Their 2nd office
is located in Campbell County, LaFollette Tennesse.
Bill Hotz graduated from the
University of Santa Clara law school. After taking a
two month vacation to Tennessee, he got a job, met a girl
and never left.
Bill has represented thousands
people tenaciously for thirty years. He has primarily
practiced personal injury law in Knoxville and
throughout East Tennessee.
Gary Adkins joined the Navy
after college. He was the drive time disc jockey at a large
U.S. base abroad. "Good Morning Australia."
Following the Service, Gary worked at Knoxville Radio
stations for over a decade, where he served as both a
manager and a disc jockey. Thereafter he went to the
University of Tennessee school of law. Gary has
practiced and tried cases in the Knoxville and greater East
Tennessee for over twenty years. His practice is
primarily in the area of personal injury law.
Jim
Galli graduated from the University of Santa Clara
school of law. After working for a firm, he formed his
own firm in California. Thereafter, Jim also had a
private investigation agency in the San Francisco Bay area.
Ten years later, he sold the agency and joined Bill Hotz &
Assocates P.C. in Knoxville. Jim has primarily
practiced in the area of Social Security disability.
He prides himself in being able to help those who can no
longer hold a job because of serious injury/disability.
